Payment via bank transfer/SEPA
If you choose the payment method payment in advance you have to transfer the purchase price on receipt of the email confirming your order. We disclose our bank details in email. Please note that depending on the bank it can take 1-3 days until receipt of payment. Your order will be handled and dispatched after payment is received.
The payment method Bancontact is for our customers having an account with a Belgium bank. These are: Dexia, Fortis, ING, Fortis, KBC, CBC, AXA Bank or VDK Sparkasse. You can pay for your order with your debit card. Your order will be handled and dispatched promptly.
The payment method Belfius DIRECT NET is for our customers having an account with the Belfius bank. Being one of the largest Belgium banks Belfius offers its own payment solution for its customer. This way, Belfius customers can transfer monies in real-time in their own familiar banking environment. Your order will be handled and dispatched promptly.
Electronic Payment Standard (EPS) is a payment method developed together by several Austrian banks. EPS bank transfer is a simple and secure online payment method. After selecting your bank, you will be connected to the login of the corresponding online banking. Your order will be handled and dispatched promptly.
Giropay is one of the most popular referral methods in Germany. You will be redirected directly to the online banking of your bank. Without additional registration you simply use PIN and TAN. Your order will be handled and dispatched promptly.
The payment method iDEAL is for our customers, who would like to make a direct payment with a Dutch account. You need an account with a Dutch bank activated for online banking. Amongst others ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers. You will be redirected to the online banking page of your bank, you then have to enter your customer details and make the bank transfer. Your order will be handled and dispatched promptly.
Belgian customers of the ING Bank can pay conveniently online via their ING Home’Pay environment. Your order will be handled and dispatched promptly.
KBC / CBC Payment Button
The KBC focuses on the Dutch-speaking population of Belgium, while the CBC is fully francophone. The KBC / CBC payment button allows customers of both banks to easily pay for their online purchases in their familiar online banking environment. The payment will be processed immediately and your order will be handled and dispatched promptly.
If you choose the payment method credit card, you can pay conveniently pay with American Express, Cartes Bancaires, Carta Si, MasterCard and / or Visa. Your credit card will be debited upon completion of the order. Your order will be handled and dispatched promptly.
With the payment method PayPal you use the electronic procedure, to pay for your order. You must be registered with PayPal or first register, legitimatise yourself with your login details and confirm payment to us. Your order will be handled and dispatched promptly.
The payment method SOFORT Banking allows you to pay with your own online-banking. You only need your account number, sort code, pin and tan number. Via a secured payment form and an encrypted connection, not accessible for merchants, Klarna GmbH transmits the information displayed in the transfer form to your bank. The payment will immediately be remitted. Your order will be handled and dispatched promptly.
For entrepreneurs we only offer the method payment in advance via bank transfer/SEPA.
To accept payment made by Bancontact, Belfius Direct Net, EPS Austria, Giropay, iDEAL, ING Home’Pay Belgium, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Credit Card (American Express, Cartes Bancaires, Carta Si, MasterCard, Visa) and SOFORT Banking we chose the online payment service provider Mollie B.V, Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands, who processes the payments.
Sending of cash and/or checks is not possible. We reserve the right, to automatically cancel your order if no payment is received within 10 calendar days after your order was confirmed.
